针对某型军用越野车辆在车轮跳动过程中定位参数变化范围过大的问题,利用机械系统动力学分析软件 ADAMS,建立了双横臂独立悬架的运动学分析模型,以缩小主销内倾角变化范围为优化目标,同时兼顾其他定位参数,对悬架系统进行了优化计算。优化结果表明,优化后的悬架系统性能在一定程度上得到了改善。
針對某型軍用越野車輛在車輪跳動過程中定位參數變化範圍過大的問題,利用機械繫統動力學分析軟件 ADAMS,建立瞭雙橫臂獨立懸架的運動學分析模型,以縮小主銷內傾角變化範圍為優化目標,同時兼顧其他定位參數,對懸架繫統進行瞭優化計算。優化結果錶明,優化後的懸架繫統性能在一定程度上得到瞭改善。

Considering the problem that certain military off-road vehicles have large range of positioning parameters during wheel hop,the mechanical system dynamic analysis software ADAMS is used to develop the kinematics analysis model for double-wishbone independent suspension.With the optimal objective of diminishing the range of kingpin inclina-tion variation,considering other positioning parameters,optimal calculation is performed for the suspension system.The optimal result shows that the performance of optimized suspension system can be improved to some extent.
