简述了光电检测的基本原理,从电子辐射、能量分布、光电效应的角度分析了碘化铯在光电检测过程中的机理,研究表明:入射光强大约为0.1 MW/cm2时,碘化铯可形成双光子光电效应.碘化铯晶体是目前较为普遍使用的较好闪烁体,可将X射线直接转换为可见光,从而获得数字图像,实现光电检测的目的.

The fundamental principle of photoelectric detection is described. The mechanism of CsI crystal in the process of photoelectric detection is analyzed on the basis of represent electron emission, energy distribution and photoelectric effects. It is found that the two-photon photoelectric effect was obtained in CsI film for incident light intensity of about 0.1 MW/cm2 . The CsI is a fine flicker at large using which can be transform X-Ray to visible light in order to obtain figure image and realize photoelectric de?tection.
