为了确保客运索道运营安全，基于客运索道事故的发生状况，调查筛选近年来国内外客运索道典型事故案例，剖析事故所属类型及事故具体原因，归纳出客运索道事故主要原因包括机械设备，电气设备，人为因素（设计不周、监管不力、素质不高等），自然条件等。以安全教育、安全生产、安全管理与安全保护为目标，从把握设计环节、落实主体维护、健全目标管理、加强全民教育、细化隐患排查、严惩违规操作、深化理论研究及丰富监检装置等方面，提出客运索道事故的合理预防救护措施。
為瞭確保客運索道運營安全，基于客運索道事故的髮生狀況，調查篩選近年來國內外客運索道典型事故案例，剖析事故所屬類型及事故具體原因，歸納齣客運索道事故主要原因包括機械設備，電氣設備，人為因素（設計不週、鑑管不力、素質不高等），自然條件等。以安全教育、安全生產、安全管理與安全保護為目標，從把握設計環節、落實主體維護、健全目標管理、加彊全民教育、細化隱患排查、嚴懲違規操作、深化理論研究及豐富鑑檢裝置等方麵，提齣客運索道事故的閤理預防救護措施。

To guarantee safe operation of the passenger ropeway,based on occurrence of passenger ropeway accidents, the paper introduces some typical accidents at home and abroad through investigation and selection,analyzes the accident category and specific reasons,and summarizes the main causes of passenger ropeway accidents including mechanical equip-ment,electrical equipment,human factors (improper design,insufficient supervision,low quality,etc.),natural condi-tions,etc. With the safety education,safety production,safety management,and safety protection as the objective,the pa-per puts forward proper precautionary measures in respect to mastering the design link,implementing main-body mainte-nance,perfecting objective management,strengthening universal training,detailing hidden hazards inspection,seriously punishing violation operation,further developing theoretic study,and providing monitoring devices,etc.
