剪切流动作用下液滴行为的研究对科学和工程领域的许多基础科研和实践应用都有着十分重要的意义。乳化液破乳机理研究,需要深入揭示剪切流动作用下的液滴行为,但由于流场复杂及实验手段的限制,很多研究无法有效展开。采用数值模拟方法,配合实验对比,针对性地对剪切流动中的分散相液滴形变、破裂特征、液滴内外部压力场以及微流场细节进行了初步探讨,通过比照实验,数值模拟体现为一种较为可靠的辅助研究方法,能够较真实地反映液滴行为,并可以弥补实验手段在很多领域,如压力变化和流场分析等方面研究的局限性。

A droplet behavior in shear flow is of significant importance to many base researches and engineer practical applications.To enhance the study of de-emulsification mechanism,drop-lets behaviors in shear flow need to be comprehensively investigated and revealed.However,due to the complication of the flow structure,as well as limitation of experimental methods,these studies are far from effectively conducted yet.Combined with numerical simulation and experi-ments,the dispersed droplets behaviors such as deformation,break-up,as well as droplet domina-ted flow structure & pressure features were systematically researched and discussed in shear flow.Numerical simulation was found to be reliable,as an auxiliary to experiment,it could quite accurately reveal droplet behaviors and avoid of the experimental limitation on studies in the fields such as pressure and flow structures.
