以冶金桥式起重机主起升机构为例,采用基于模糊置信理论及灰色关联决策的 FMEA方法对其常见故障模式进行分析。以传统FMEA分析为基础,对冶金桥式起重机进行功能结构层次划分,并依据故障树分析方法将冶金桥式起重机主起升机构常见故障模式进行划分。基于模糊置信理论对其电动机、减速器、卷筒、联轴器、钢丝绳等8个组件的27项常见故障模式进行分析和评价,利用灰色关联理论计算各种故障模式的关联度,并对其各种故障模式进行风险排序,对FMEA技术应用与工程实际具有一定的参考作用。

With the main lifting mechanism of overhead crane for metallurgic plants as an example,the FMEA method based on fuzzy confidence theory and grey incidence decision-making is used to analyze common fault modes.With tradi-tional FMEA analysis as the basis,the functional structure hierarchical division is carried out for such crane and common fault modes of the lifting mechanism is classified with the fault tree analysis method.Based on the fuzzy confidence the-ory,the paper analyzes and evaluates 27 common fault modes regarding 8 components such as the motor,reducer, drum,coupling,steel rope,etc.Correlation among each fault mode is performed with the fuzzy confidence theory,for the purpose of risk ranking of all the faults,providing certain reference to application of FMEA technology and engi-neering practice.
