载荷校准试验是飞机飞行载荷测量的关键技术环节,而校准试验载荷的加载方式、载荷量级的大小直接影响着载荷建模及飞行实测载荷精准度。本文提出的液压多点协调加载技术,可实现飞机机翼多点、自动控制、协调加卸载,与以往人工单点加载试验相比,载荷量级提高到了机翼限制载荷的40%以上,并可模拟机翼在飞行时气动载荷的压心分布情况进行试验加卸载,提高了试验载荷模拟飞行载荷的真实程度。采用多点协调加载数据建立机翼的载荷方程,较以往单点数据,方程精度提高了4%以上,为提高实测载荷精度奠定了坚实的基础技术。

Load calibration test is the key technical link of aircraft lfight load measurement, load mode and level of the load calibration test directly affects the load modeling and lfight test load precision. Proposed the hydraulic multipoint coordinate loading technology, which can realize airfoil’s multipoint, automatic control, coordination of loading and unloading. Compared with the previous manual single point loading test, load level increased to more than 40% of wing limit load, and can conduct the loading and unloading test by simulating pressure center distribution of airfoil airload in lfight , improve the true extent of test load . Using load equation of airfoil established by multipoint coordinate loading data, compared with the previous single point data, precision of equation improve above 4%, establish a solid technical foundation to improve the accuracy of the measured load.
