目的：探讨中医综合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症的疗效。方法：将120例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者分为两组，各60例。对照组给予一般治疗，观察组给予中医综合治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组有效率96.67%，明显优于对照组的75.00%(P＜0.05)。结论：中医综合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的效果明显。

목적：탐토중의종합치료추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈증적료효。방법：장120례추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈환자분위량조，각60례。대조조급여일반치료，관찰조급여중의종합치료，대비량조치료효과。결과：관찰조유효솔96.67%，명현우우대조조적75.00%(P＜0.05)。결론：중의종합치료추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈적효과명현。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of comprehensive Chinese medical treatment treating vertigo induced by vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:120 cases of patients with vertigo induced by vertebrobasilar insufficiency were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were given general treatment,and the treatment group were given comprehensive chinese medical treatment.The curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group 96.67% was obviously better than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive chinese medical treatment treating vertigo induced by vertebrobasilar insufficiency had obvious curative effect.
