The online editing and publishing systems in the Web environment advance at a breath‐less pace ,among which the review design of Editorial Manager system has prominent characteristics and is worth deep study .Taking Editorial Manager10 .0 as an example ,this paper introduces its basic workflow and summarizes its characteristics in online review in order to provide new footnote for the review regulation research from the Web perspective .
