目的：探讨不同方法对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠治疗的效果。方法：收治剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者94例。根据治疗手段分成A、B、C 3组，A组50例给予甲氨蝶呤肌内注射结合宫腔镜下妊娠组织切除术治疗；B组24例给予子宫动脉栓塞结合宫腔镜下妊娠组织切除术治疗；C组20例给予单纯腹腔镜手术治疗。对3组患者的各项指标进行对比。结果：3组患者除治疗成功率，其他指标差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：药物结合宫腔镜下妊娠组织切除术能够很好地保留患者的生育能力，安全系数较高，且能够减少患者的经济负担。
목적：탐토불동방법대부궁산술후자궁반흔처임신치료적효과。방법：수치부궁산술후자궁반흔처임신환자94례。근거치료수단분성A、B、C 3조，A조50례급여갑안접령기내주사결합궁강경하임신조직절제술치료；B조24례급여자궁동맥전새결합궁강경하임신조직절제술치료；C조20례급여단순복강경수술치료。대3조환자적각항지표진행대비。결과：3조환자제치료성공솔，기타지표차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：약물결합궁강경하임신조직절제술능구흔호지보류환자적생육능력，안전계수교고，차능구감소환자적경제부담。
Objective:To explore the effects of the different methods in the treatment of cesarean scar pregamncy after cesarean section.Methods:94 patients with cesarean scar pregamncy after cesarean section were selected.They were divided into A,B,C 3 groups according to the treatment methods.50 cases in A group were treated by methotrexate intramuscular injection combined with pregnancy tissue resection under hysteroscopy.24 cases in B group were treated by uterine artery embolization combined with pregnancy tissue resection under hysteroscopy.20 cases in C group were treated by pure laparoscopic operation.The each indexes of patients in 3 groups were compared.Results:In addition to the treatment success rate,the other indicators of patients in 3 groups were statistical differences.Conclusion:Drug combined with pregnancy tissue resection under hysteroscopy can well retain the potentia generandi of patients.It has higher safety coefficient,and it can reduce economic burden of patients.
