目的：总结新生儿病理性黄疸临床经验。方法：收治新生儿病理性黄疸患者50例，回顾性分析临床资料。结果：患者总体治疗效果良好。结论：新生儿病理性黄疸原因复杂，以围生期因素及感染因素为主要因素、母乳性黄疸其次。故加强围生期保健、提倡围生期保健、减少剖宫产率，可减少新生儿黄疸的发生，是预防新生儿黄疸的关键。

목적：총결신생인병이성황달림상경험。방법：수치신생인병이성황달환자50례，회고성분석림상자료。결과：환자총체치료효과량호。결론：신생인병이성황달원인복잡，이위생기인소급감염인소위주요인소、모유성황달기차。고가강위생기보건、제창위생기보건、감소부궁산솔，가감소신생인황달적발생，시예방신생인황달적관건。
Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods:50 patients with neonatal pathological jaundice were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The patient's overall treatment effect was good.Conclusion:The causes of neonatal pathological jaundice were complex.The most important factors were the perinatal factors and infection factors,followed by breast milk jaundice,so strengthening perinatal health care,advocating perinatal health care,reducing the rate of cesarean section can reduce the occurrence of neonatal jaundice.It was the key to the prevention of neonatal jaundice.
