Interscalene%Axillary%Brachial plexus block anesthesia
目的：观察肌间沟联合腋路臂丛阻滞麻醉在前臂手术中的安全性和有效性。方法：选择ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级行前臂手术的患者80例，随机分为肌间沟联合腋路组(C组)和肌间沟组(I组)，每组40例。臂丛麻醉用药均为1%的利多卡因+0.5%罗哌卡因混合液。C 组采用肌间沟注射药物15 mL，腋路注射药物15 mL；I 组在肌间沟注射药物30 mL。比较两组麻醉效果。结果：C组均在臂丛麻醉下完成手术，辅助镇痛药完成手术1例。I组改用全麻完成手术3例，复合镇痛药物完成手术8例。C组麻醉效果明显优于I组(Z=-2.748，P＜0.01)。结论：肌间沟联合腋路臂丛阻滞麻醉用于前臂手术安全性较高，效果可靠。

목적：관찰기간구연합액로비총조체마취재전비수술중적안전성화유효성。방법：선택ASA분급위Ⅰ～Ⅲ급행전비수술적환자80례，수궤분위기간구연합액로조(C조)화기간구조(I조)，매조40례。비총마취용약균위1%적리다잡인+0.5%라고잡인혼합액。C 조채용기간구주사약물15 mL，액로주사약물15 mL；I 조재기간구주사약물30 mL。비교량조마취효과。결과：C조균재비총마취하완성수술，보조진통약완성수술1례。I조개용전마완성수술3례，복합진통약물완성수술8례。C조마취효과명현우우I조(Z=-2.748，P＜0.01)。결론：기간구연합액로비총조체마취용우전비수술안전성교고，효과가고。
Objective:To observe the safety and effectiveness of interscalene joint axillary brachial plexus block anesthesia in forearm surgery.Methods:80 cases of patient with ASA class Ⅰ~Ⅲ in forearm surgery were randomly divided into interscalene joint axillary group(group C) and interscalene group(group I),with 40 cases in each group.The brachial plexus anesthesia drugs were 1% lidocaine+1% ropivacaine mixture.Group C were injected 15 mL through interscalene and 15 mL through axillary;group I were injected 30 mL through interscalene.The anesthesia effect of the two groups were compared.Results:All of the group C adopted surgery under brachial plexus anesthesia,1 case finished operation with auxiliary analgesics.3 cases in group I switched to general anesthesia and 8 cases finished operation with compound analgesics.The anesthesia effect of group C was obviously better than that of group I(Z=2.748,P<0.01).Conclusion:Interscalene joint axillary brachial plexus block anesthesia applied in forearm surgery had better security and reliable effect.
