目的：观察中药熏洗联合甲硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效。方法将279例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组158例和对照组121例。对照组给予甲硝唑，治疗组在此基础上配合中药熏洗，2个疗程后对两组临床疗效进行对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率为94.31%，对照组的总有效率为76.86%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综上所述，中药熏洗联合甲硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎，具有临床疗效显著、安全性高，复发率低等优点，同时患者耐药性小，能够有效稳定阴道内环境，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰중약훈세연합갑초서치료적충성음도염적료효。방법장279례적충성음도염환자수궤분위치료조158례화대조조121례。대조조급여갑초서，치료조재차기출상배합중약훈세，2개료정후대량조림상료효진행대비관찰。결과치료조총유효솔위94.31%，대조조적총유효솔위76.86%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론종상소술，중약훈세연합갑초서치료적충성음도염，구유림상료효현저、안전성고，복발솔저등우점，동시환자내약성소，능구유효은정음도내배경，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washingcombined with metronidazole in treatment of trichomonal vaginitis. Methods 158 cases of the treatment group and121 cases in the control group of 279 cases with trichomonal vaginitis were rando mLy divided into. The control group received metronidazole, the treatment group based on the combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing, 2 months after treatment were observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.31%in treatment group, control group, the total efficiency is 76.86%, the two groups hadsignificant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In summary, washing combined with metronidazole in treatment oftrichomonal vaginitis Chinese herbs, has obvious clinical curative effect, high safety, low recurrence rate, and drug resistance in patients with small, can effectively stabilize the vaginal environment, is worthy of clinical use.
