目的：对内科护理中经常遇到的的安全隐患的防范以及护理措施进行探究，完善内科护理的护理水平。方法总结2014年9月～10月内科收治的200例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各100例。对此医院以往发生的事故进行分析，归纳出常见的导致安全隐患的因素。对排除归纳出的因素的实验组患者进行安全护理，对照组则进行常规护理。比较实验组和对照组中患者出现安全事故出现的现象及发生的概率。结果试验组中发生安全事故和患者对护理效果的满意程度要明显高于对照组。安全护理中的危险因素有统计学意义。结论此医院内科采取安全护理后，内科中各个科室的护士和患者的纠纷显著下降，护理质量有了很大的提升，患者满意程度也升高，建议推广安全护理。

Objective To Department of internal medicine nursing safety hidden danger often encountered in theprevention and nursing measures of inquiry, improve the level of nursing in Department of internal medicinenursing.
