目的：对我院胎膜早破现象进行观察，总结其特征及护理要点。方法选择2010年5月～2014年4月我院收治的胎膜早破110例患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行分析和观察，经研究观察后对所有的患者进行专业化的护理，最后对其妊娠结局进行探讨。结果胎儿早破110例患者中，共有74例患者自然分娩，33例患者剖宫产分娩，3例患者终止妊娠。结论对胎儿早破患者进行专业化、精细化的护理，并加强相关的临床监测，可以有效减少胎膜早破患者的终止妊娠率，提高患者的分娩率，其护理模式值得在临床实践过程中大力借鉴和推广。
목적：대아원태막조파현상진행관찰，총결기특정급호리요점。방법선택2010년5월～2014년4월아원수치적태막조파110례환자작위연구대상，대기림상자료진행분석화관찰，경연구관찰후대소유적환자진행전업화적호리，최후대기임신결국진행탐토。결과태인조파110례환자중，공유74례환자자연분면，33례환자부궁산분면，3례환자종지임신。결론대태인조파환자진행전업화、정세화적호리，병가강상관적림상감측，가이유효감소태막조파환자적종지임신솔，제고환자적분면솔，기호리모식치득재림상실천과정중대력차감화추엄。
Objective To my courtyard Prom phenomena were observed, to summarize the clinical features and nursing points. Methods 110 cases of premature rupture of membranes in 2010 May to 2014 April in our hospital were premature rupture of the patients as the research object, carries on the analysis and observation of the clinical data of the study patients, nursing care of all professional by observation, finally carries on the discussionon the pregnancy outcome. Results Of 110 cases of premature rupture of fetal patients, a total of 74 patients withspontaneous delivery, 33 cases of patients with cesarean section, 3 cases of termination of pregnancy. Conclusion The nursing of premature rupture of fetal were specialized, refined, and strengthen the clinical monitoring related,can effectively reduce the patients with premature rupture of membranes to terminate pregnancy rate of patients,improve the delivery rate, the nursing mode worth to reference and promotion in clinical practice.
