在中国古代土地是一种特殊的商品，因为中国历来以农立国，对于一个农业国家，土地和土地制度对国家而言非常重要，土地关系的变化甚至影响到朝代的更替。本文论述了中国农民的土地情感，土地的私有制产生土地兼并继而导致古代流民的产生诱发农民起义，反思当前我国的状况。能为我国现阶段转型时期土地制度的发展变化和改革趋势提供借鉴。
