目的：研究中西医结合治疗先兆早产的护理配合的效果。方法选取2013年5月～2014年5月在我院接受治疗的先兆早产患者88例，对患者进行诊断、治疗、护理、分析归纳。结果治疗的88例患者中，有2例新生儿出现死亡，其余86例患者均母婴安全。结论对先兆早产患者进行治疗时，通过早期诊断与中西医综合护理，能够有效的降低围产儿的死亡率。

목적：연구중서의결합치료선조조산적호리배합적효과。방법선취2013년5월～2014년5월재아원접수치료적선조조산환자88례，대환자진행진단、치료、호리、분석귀납。결과치료적88례환자중，유2례신생인출현사망，기여86례환자균모영안전。결론대선조조산환자진행치료시，통과조기진단여중서의종합호리，능구유효적강저위산인적사망솔。
Objective To study the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of threatened premature delivery clinical nursing effect. Methods From 2013 May to 2014 May treated in our hospital 88 cases ofthreatened premature labor, diagnosis, treatment, nursing, inductive analysis on patients. Results The treatment of 88 cases of patients, 2 cases of neonatal death, the remaining 86 cases of maternal and child safety. Conclusion The threatened premature labor were treated, through early diagnosis and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, can effectively reduce the perinatal mortality.
