对步进电机在PID控制和模糊PID控制下进行了仿真研究。结合Simulink,首先对步进电机进行数学模型分析,说明了模糊PID在步进电机闭环控制中的必要性;步进电机在运动中输出转矩惯性偏大会引起电机振荡问题,为了提高系统的精度,利用“正弦阶梯波”细分控制方法设计了步进电机PID闭环控制器及步进电机模糊PID闭环控制器,并对不同控制下的系统响应情况进行仿真和分析。仿真实验表明,应用模糊PID闭环控制方案较普通PID方案在给定位置下反应更加迅速、效果更好。

Simulation research on stepping motor is proceeded in this paper under PID control and fuzzy PID control. Com?bined with Simulink model,the mathematical model of stepping motor is analyzed. The necessity of fuzzy PID method applied in stepping motor closed?loop control is explained. The high output torque inertia of stepping motor in motion may cause oscilla?tion problem. To improve the accuracy of the system,PID closed?loop controller and fuzzy PID closed?loop controller of stepping motor were designed by subdivision control method of sine step?wave. System responses with different control were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that fuzzy PID closed?loop control system at given location has rapid response and better effect than normal PID closed?loop control system.
