目的：探讨气管切开术后并发症的原因及正确处理方法。方法：对508例气管切开患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果：20例患者带管出院；成功拔管出院268例；因原发病死亡209例；切开术后并发症死亡11例，其中术中死亡2例。结论：相关的操作、术后护理、套管的选择以及并发症的正确处理是手术成功的关键。
目的：探討氣管切開術後併髮癥的原因及正確處理方法。方法：對508例氣管切開患者的臨床資料進行總結分析。結果：20例患者帶管齣院；成功拔管齣院268例；因原髮病死亡209例；切開術後併髮癥死亡11例，其中術中死亡2例。結論：相關的操作、術後護理、套管的選擇以及併髮癥的正確處理是手術成功的關鍵。
목적：탐토기관절개술후병발증적원인급정학처리방법。방법：대508례기관절개환자적림상자료진행총결분석。결과：20례환자대관출원；성공발관출원268례；인원발병사망209례；절개술후병발증사망11례，기중술중사망2례。결론：상관적조작、술후호리、투관적선택이급병발증적정학처리시수술성공적관건。
Objective:To explore the reasons and correct treatments of complications after tracheotomy.Methods:The clinical data of 508 patients with tracheotomy were summarized and analyzed.Results:20 patients were discharged with catheter.268 cases were discharged with successful extubation.209 cases were died because of the primary disease.11 cases were died because of complications after tracheotomy,among 2 cases were died during operation.Conclusion:The relevant operation,postoperative nursing,selection of casing pipe,correct treatment of complications are the keysto successful operation.
