目的：研究临床护理干预对妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者的生存质量和心理状况的影响。方法选择2013年5月～2014年9月在我院接受妇科肿瘤术后化疗多次的88例患者，按照自愿的原则分为实验组与对照组各44例。实验组采用健康与疾病知识教育，并进行身体放松训练，对照组采用常规的护理模式。分析两组护理干预前后的的各项生理指标并进行对比。结果通过对比实验组与对照组护理干预前后的生理指标情况，可知实施护理后，实验组患者的生理指标要优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在妇科肿瘤术后化疗护理中，通过采用以健康教育和放松训练为主的护理模式，可以改善患者的心理状况，提升生存质量，可以在临床护理中大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effects of nursing intervention on gynecologic tumor patients quality of life and psychological status. Methods Select 2013 May to 2014 November in our hospital, gynecological tumor chemotherapy after surgery, many patients with 88 cases, in accordance with the principle of voluntary divided into experimental group and control group were studied. [1] in the experimental group, disease and health knowledge education, and physical relaxation training, the control group used routine nursing mode. The analysis of the physiological index of the two groups before and after nursing intervention and compared. Results By comparing the experimental group and the control group before and after nursing intervention on Physiological Indexes of the situation, the implementation of nursing after that, physiological index of the experimental group the patient is superior to the control group, two groups of data can meet the statistical significance of Inner Mongolia tongliao. Conclusion Nursing in gynecological tumor chemotherapy after operation, through the use of nursing model in health education and relaxation training primarily, can improve the psychological status of patients, improve survival quality, can be popularized in clinical nursing.
