目的：观察不同浓度亚甲蓝对环状混合痔外剥内扎术后止痛效果。方法：将100例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例，均采用外剥内扎术。治疗组给予1 mg/mL亚甲蓝，对照组给予0.5 mg/mL亚甲蓝，比较两组术后疼痛评分、创面愈合时间。结果：治疗组术后疼痛评分与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间与对照组相比差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：1 mg/mL浓度亚甲蓝注射液对环状混合痔外剥内扎术后止痛效果优于0.5 mg/mL浓度亚甲蓝注射液。

목적：관찰불동농도아갑람대배상혼합치외박내찰술후지통효과。방법：장100례배상혼합치환자수궤분위치료조50례화대조조50례，균채용외박내찰술。치료조급여1 mg/mL아갑람，대조조급여0.5 mg/mL아갑람，비교량조술후동통평분、창면유합시간。결과：치료조술후동통평분여대조조상비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료조창면유합시간여대조조상비차이불구유통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：1 mg/mL농도아갑람주사액대배상혼합치외박내찰술후지통효과우우0.5 mg/mL농도아갑람주사액。
Objective:To explore the postoperative analgesic effect of different concentration of methylene blue on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with milligan-morgan operation.Methods:100 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were divided into the treatment group with 50 cases and the control group with 50 cases,which were given milligan-morgan operation. The treatment group were given 1 mg/mL methylene blue,and the control group were given 0.5 mg/mL methylene blue.The postoperative pain score and healing time of the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference of postoperative pain score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 mg/mL methylene blue injection had better postoperative analgesic effect on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with milligan-morgan operation than 0.5 mg/mL methylene blue injection.
