目的：观察中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症之不孕症的疗效。方法将217例子宫内膜异位症之不孕症患者随机分为治疗组124例和对照组93例。对照组给予单纯西药孕三烯酮胶囊治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予中药治疗，3个疗程结束后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率（94.35%）高于对照组（77.42%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症之不孕症，可达到标本兼治的目的，可显著的提高患者的受孕几率，且降低其分娩后的复发率，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료자궁내막이위증지불잉증적료효。방법장217례자궁내막이위증지불잉증환자수궤분위치료조124례화대조조93례。대조조급여단순서약잉삼희동효낭치료，치료조재차기출상급여중약치료，3개료정결속후관찰량조환자적료효。결과치료조총유효솔（94.35%）고우대조조（77.42%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중서의결합치료자궁내막이위증지불잉증，가체도표본겸치적목적，가현저적제고환자적수잉궤솔，차강저기분면후적복발솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicinetreatment of infertility in endometriosis. Methods 124 cases of the treatment group and 93 cases in the control group of 217 cases of infertility in endometriosis patients were randomly divided into. The control group was givenwestern medicine only Gestrinone Capsules treatment, the treatment group based on the treatment, to observe the efficacy of the two groups after the 3 course of treatment. Results The total effective rate (94.35%)higher than that of the control group and (77.42%) treatment groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of infertility in endometriosis conclusion combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, canachieve the purpose of specimen, can significantly increase the chance of pregnancy patients, and reduce therecurrence rate after childbirth, is worthy of clinical application.
