对失真的双向凝胶电泳图像进行有效校正是实现凝胶图像高效率、高准确率匹配的前提。针对凝胶图像获取过程中,由于样本结构的差异、凝胶的铸模和聚合、着色和扫描造成的失真,提出将“笑脸”形变模型与薄板样条(TPS)形变模型相结合的形变方法。仿真实验结果表明,形变校正效果有了明显改善。

Effective correction of anamorphic two?dimensional gel electrophoresis image is the precondition for implementing the high efficiency and high accuracy matching of gel images. Since the difference of sample structure,mould and polymeriza?tion of the gel,the distortion caused by coloring and scanning in the process of gel image acquisition,a new deformation method combining "smile" deformation model with thin plate spline(TPS)deformation model is proposed. Simulation results show that the deformation correction effect of the algorithm is improved significantly.
