目的:对妊娠早中期妇女发生的亚临床甲状腺功能异常对其所产新生儿的甲状腺功能、智力以及身体发育所造成的影响进行探讨。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的40例妊娠早中期亚临床甲状腺功能异常妇女的后代以及40例健康妇女的后代作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,在其新生儿期、1岁、2岁、3岁的时候,分别对其甲状腺功能、血清FT3和FT4心智发展水平以及身体状况进行检测。结果观察组的婴儿的促甲状腺激素在新生儿期明显高于对照组,观察组婴儿的心智发展水平和生长发育程度在各个时期均明显滞后于对照组。结论妊娠早中期妇女发生的亚临床甲状腺功能异常可能会影响其后代的心智发育、生长发育,同时还可能影响后代的甲状腺功能,这说明积极妊娠早中期妇女积极治疗亚临床甲状腺功能异常十分必要,能够避免其后代的心智和身体健康受到不良影响。

목적:대임신조중기부녀발생적아림상갑상선공능이상대기소산신생인적갑상선공능、지력이급신체발육소조성적영향진행탐토。방법선취2012년1월~2013년12월아원수치적40례임신조중기아림상갑상선공능이상부녀적후대이급40례건강부녀적후대작위연구대상,분위관찰조화대조조,재기신생인기、1세、2세、3세적시후,분별대기갑상선공능、혈청FT3화FT4심지발전수평이급신체상황진행검측。결과관찰조적영인적촉갑상선격소재신생인기명현고우대조조,관찰조영인적심지발전수평화생장발육정도재각개시기균명현체후우대조조。결론임신조중기부녀발생적아림상갑상선공능이상가능회영향기후대적심지발육、생장발육,동시환가능영향후대적갑상선공능,저설명적겁임신조중기부녀적겁치료아림상갑상선공능이상십분필요,능구피면기후대적심지화신체건강수도불량영향。
Objective To subclinical thyroid dysfunction occurs early and mid pregnancy women abnormal on theneonatal thyroid function, intelligence and physical development were investigated by. Methods From 2012 January to 2013 year in December in our hospital 40 cases of pregnancy in early and middle subclinical thyroid dysfunction is the offspring of women and 40 healthy offspring of women as the research object, divided into the observation group and the control group, in the neonatal period, 1 years old, 2 years old, 3 years old, respectively,to detect the thyroid function, serum FT3 and FT4 level of mental development and physical condition. Results The group of infant thyroid stimulating hormone in the neonatal period was significantly higher than the control group,the observation group infant mental development level and the level of growth and development in each period areobviously lagging behind in the control group. Conclusion The growth and development, subclinical thyroid function of early mid pregnancy women abnormal may influence their offspring's mind, also may affect thyroid function in offspring, which shows positive early mid pregnancy women active in the treatment of subclinical thyroid dysfunction ten necessary, can avoid the mental and physical health of the offspring by adverse effects.
