本试验旨在探讨不同粗饲料组合对宁夏滩羊生长性能、经济效益、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选用平均体重为(26.00±1.93) kg的宁夏母滩羊45只,按同质原则分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只滩羊,3组精饲料相同,占饲粮60%,各组粗饲料分别为30%苜蓿+10%玉米秸秆(Ⅰ组)、15%苜蓿+15%“中科2号”羊草+10%玉米秸秆(Ⅱ组)、30%“中科2号”羊草+10%玉米秸秆(Ⅲ组)。试验期为60 d。结果表明,各试验组滩羊平均日增重均无显著差异( P>0.05),但Ⅱ组经济效益更高。各组屠宰性能指标亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组系水力比Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组有显著的降低(P<0.05),分别下降了18.63%、19.99%;Ⅰ组剪切力最高,显著高于Ⅲ组( P<0.05),较Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别高出了6.41%、15.46%;肉样粗脂肪含量最高的是Ⅲ组,显著高于最低的Ⅰ组( P<0.05),分别较Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组高出了66.74%、14.06%。结果提示,“中科2号”羊草代替苜蓿饲喂滩羊,在不影响宁夏滩羊生长和屠宰性能的前提下,对滩羊肉品质的有一定程度改善,同时可以提高经济效益。

본시험지재탐토불동조사료조합대저하탄양생장성능、경제효익、도재성능급육품질적영향。선용평균체중위(26.00±1.93) kg적저하모탄양45지,안동질원칙분위3조,매조3개중복,매개중복5지탄양,3조정사료상동,점사량60%,각조조사료분별위30%목숙+10%옥미갈간(Ⅰ조)、15%목숙+15%“중과2호”양초+10%옥미갈간(Ⅱ조)、30%“중과2호”양초+10%옥미갈간(Ⅲ조)。시험기위60 d。결과표명,각시험조탄양평균일증중균무현저차이( P>0.05),단Ⅱ조경제효익경고。각조도재성능지표역무현저차이(P>0.05)。Ⅱ조계수력비Ⅰ조화Ⅲ조유현저적강저(P<0.05),분별하강료18.63%、19.99%;Ⅰ조전절력최고,현저고우Ⅲ조( P<0.05),교Ⅱ조화Ⅲ조분별고출료6.41%、15.46%;육양조지방함량최고적시Ⅲ조,현저고우최저적Ⅰ조( P<0.05),분별교Ⅰ조화Ⅱ조고출료66.74%、14.06%。결과제시,“중과2호”양초대체목숙사위탄양,재불영향저하탄양생장화도재성능적전제하,대탄양육품질적유일정정도개선,동시가이제고경제효익。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of different roughage combinations on growth per-formance, economic efficiency, slaughter performance and meat quality of Ningxia Tan sheep. Forty five Ningxia Tan ewes [(26.00±1.93) kg] were randomly divided into three groups with 3 replicates per group and 5 ewes per replicate according to homogeneous principle, the concentrate of different groups was the same and account for 60% in diet, and the roughage combinations were 30% alfalfa+10% maize straw ( groupⅠ) , 15% alfalfa+15% Zhongke No.2 Leymus chinensis+10% maize straw ( groupⅡ) and 30% Zhongke No.2 Ley-mus chinensis+10% maize straw ( group Ⅲ) , respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows:different roughage combinations did not cause any significant changes of average daily gain of Tan sheep ( P>0.05) , but the economic efficiency was the highest in group Ⅱ. The slaughter performance among three groups did not have significant difference ( P>0.05) . Water-holding capacity in groupⅡwas sig-nificantly lower than that in groupsⅠ and Ⅲ ( P<0.05) , and were reduced by 18.63% and 19.99%, respec-tively; shear force in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in groupⅢ( P<0.05) , and was increased by 6.41% and 15.46%, respectively, compared with that in groupsⅡ andⅢ. Ether extract content in meat sam-ple in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P<0.05), and was increased by 66.74% and 14.06% respectively, compared with that in groupsⅠ andⅡ. In conclusion, Zhongke No.2 Leymus chinensis replaced alfalfa to feed Ningxia Tan sheep can improve meat quality in a certain degree while improving eco-nomic efficiency without affecting growth performance and slaughter performance.
