本文介绍了梅山钢铁股份有限公司一炼钢1#RH装置的真空及加料系统技术改进情况。在严格控制能耗的基础上,增大了真空泵系统抽气能力;在满足现有布置空间前提下,增大了真空料斗加料能力、提高了高位料仓加料可靠性。本次改造不仅满足了梅钢硅钢的生产需求,得到了业主好评,也为国内越来越多的真空精炼设备改造积累了宝贵经验。

This article presented the improvement on the vacuum disposal and feeding system for 1#RH vacu-um disposal system in Meishan steel-making plant, first shop.Being based on strictly controlling energy con-sumption, the pumping ability of vaccum bump system is enhanced effectively .Meanwhile, the feeding ability of vacuum storage bin and the feeding reliability of high level bin are increased significantly , that realized in the original plant space for the device layout .Nowadays , not only this technical improvement has meet to the silicon refining for Meishan Steel-making Plant , the good results is achieved , but also it is very practical significance and important reference value for steel plants similar projects .
