目的：观察菖蒲温胆汤治疗儿童多发性抽动症痰火扰神型的临床疗效。方法将66例入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各33例。治疗组口服菖蒲温胆汤，对照组口服泰必利。3个疗程后观察两组临床疗效及单项症状（运动性抽动、发声性抽动、烦躁易怒、睡眠不安）的复常率。结果总有效率治疗组为90.00%，对照组为87.10%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。愈显率治疗组为76.67%，对照组为51.61%，治疗组优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗后治疗组各单项症状复常率均优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。结论菖蒲温胆汤能较好改善多发性抽动症患儿的症状和体征。
목적：관찰창포온담탕치료인동다발성추동증담화우신형적림상료효。방법장66례입선병례수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각33례。치료조구복창포온담탕，대조조구복태필리。3개료정후관찰량조림상료효급단항증상（운동성추동、발성성추동、번조역노、수면불안）적복상솔。결과총유효솔치료조위90.00%，대조조위87.10%，량조비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。유현솔치료조위76.67%，대조조위51.61%，치료조우우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。치료후치료조각단항증상복상솔균우우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。결론창포온담탕능교호개선다발성추동증환인적증상화체정。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Changpuwendan decoction on children's Tourette Syndrome with syndrome of phlegm - fire disturbing the spirit. Methods Sixty six selected cases were randomized into treatment group and control group with 33 cases in each. Patients in the treatment group were given Changpuwendan decoction and the control group applied Tiapride. The total effective rates and the relief rates of single symptom(motor tics,vocal tics,irritability and unsettled sleep)were observed in both groups after the treatment of three courses. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90. 00% and 87. 10% respectively,and the difference was insignificant(P ﹥ 0. 05). The remarKably effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 76. 67% and 51. 61% respective-ly,and the difference was significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The relief rates of single symptom in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Therapy of Changpuwendan decoction has certain effect on children's Tourette Syndrome.
