当前网络使得高校思想政治教育呈现出机遇和挑战并存的局面。面对网络环境，高校思想政治教育者需要加强网络传播的研究，而哈罗德·拉斯韦尔的“5W”理论从信息收集、内容分析、传播渠道到传播效果等形成有效的系统体系，为思想政治教育者在复杂多变的网络空间主动掌握舆论引导，创新高校网络思想政治教育提供了有效的理论支撑。
噹前網絡使得高校思想政治教育呈現齣機遇和挑戰併存的跼麵。麵對網絡環境，高校思想政治教育者需要加彊網絡傳播的研究，而哈囉德·拉斯韋爾的“5W”理論從信息收集、內容分析、傳播渠道到傳播效果等形成有效的繫統體繫，為思想政治教育者在複雜多變的網絡空間主動掌握輿論引導，創新高校網絡思想政治教育提供瞭有效的理論支撐。
당전망락사득고교사상정치교육정현출궤우화도전병존적국면。면대망락배경，고교사상정치교육자수요가강망락전파적연구，이합라덕·랍사위이적“5W”이론종신식수집、내용분석、전파거도도전파효과등형성유효적계통체계，위사상정치교육자재복잡다변적망락공간주동장악여론인도，창신고교망락사상정치교육제공료유효적이론지탱。
The current development of networks present a state of opportunities with challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Facing the network environment, ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should strengthen the study on the network communication. The “5W” theory, proposed by Harold Lasswell, has formed an effective system through the information collection, information content, communication channels and communication effects. It provides an effective theoretical support for ideological and political educators to take an initiative guidance on the public opinion and innovate network ideological and political education in collages and universities.
