通常渐开线斜齿轮是以法面模数为标准进行设计,而以端面模数为标准的渐开线斜齿轮也有一定的优点。本文根椐两种标准齿轮的特点,分析对比了两种齿轮参数的几何关系、加工和测绘方法,得出在加工人字齿时选用端面模数为标准,具有退刀槽收窄甚至没有退刀槽的设计优点,为斜齿轮及人字齿轮的加工方法的选择和应用提供了参考。
通常漸開線斜齒輪是以法麵模數為標準進行設計,而以耑麵模數為標準的漸開線斜齒輪也有一定的優點。本文根椐兩種標準齒輪的特點,分析對比瞭兩種齒輪參數的幾何關繫、加工和測繪方法,得齣在加工人字齒時選用耑麵模數為標準,具有退刀槽收窄甚至沒有退刀槽的設計優點,為斜齒輪及人字齒輪的加工方法的選擇和應用提供瞭參攷。

Normal modulus was usually as design standard of involutes helical gear , there were advantages but if involute helical gear take face modulus as standard .Based on the characteristics of two standard gears , this paper analyzed and compared their geometry parameters , processing and mapping methods .It showed a design advantage was thin or no undercut when face modulus was as standard processing herringbone gear .It provided a reference for selection and application of helical gear and herringbone gears processing methods .
