工程设计中,多杆机构常因设计需求修改杆长参数导致大量重复性计算设计工作。本文利用解析法分析了15 t有轨装出料机升降机构的几何受力情况,根据VB编程语言编写点算程序,在特定条件下优化多杆机构,并避免了重复性受力计算,计算结果导入Ansys、 Abaqus等CAE软件中进一步验证,结果表明可满足使用、控制、强度、疲劳、振动、冲击等性能要求。

In Engineering , to meet the design requirements , the length parameters of connecting rod often needs modified , for this reason , there will be a large amount of repeated works .This article introduces the stud-y of the lifting equipment of 15 t charging and discharging machine through analytical methods which can be programmed by VB and optimize the multi-bar linkage , then the large amount of repeated works will be avoi-ded .Combined with the using of CAE soft such as ABAQUS and ANSYS , a further study is available , which is learning the multi-bar linkage comprehensively by analytical methods , then it will meet the requirements of use , control, strength, fatigue strength, vibration and impact.
