目的：辨别山豆根与北豆根两种不同药材，减少二者在临床混用乱用现象。方法通过对药材来源、性状、显微、功用等特征进行鉴别。结果山豆根与北豆根名字相似，易混淆，二者在性状、成分、功用主治等方面有不同之处，从药人员应认真区别，不可混用。结论山豆根与北豆根虽然属于同一类药，但二者有着本质的区别，在临床应用及鉴别方面应正确区分、合理应用、保障安全。

목적：변별산두근여북두근량충불동약재，감소이자재림상혼용란용현상。방법통과대약재래원、성상、현미、공용등특정진행감별。결과산두근여북두근명자상사，역혼효，이자재성상、성분、공용주치등방면유불동지처，종약인원응인진구별，불가혼용。결론산두근여북두근수연속우동일류약，단이자유착본질적구별，재림상응용급감별방면응정학구분、합리응용、보장안전。
Objective To identify the differences between radix sophorae subprostratae and rehizo-ma menispermi so as to reduce the mixture of them in clinical application. Methods These two Chinese herbal pieces were distinguished according to the source,property,microscopic character,function,etc. Re-sults These two herbal materials are similar in name,but quite different in terms of property,component, function and indication. The pharmacists should identify them carefully. Conclusion Radix sophorae sub-prostratae and rehizoma menispermi are in the same category,but they are different in substance. They should be identified correctly to ensure the safe application in clinical practice.
