目的：测定黄芪蛋白对1，1-二苯基-2-苯肼自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基等的清除能力。方法用可见分光光度法测定。结果当黄芪蛋白质量浓度达到5 mg/ ml 时，其清除 DPPH 能力，清除羟自由基能力以及清除超氧阴离子自由基能力与维生素 C 相近，具一定的抗氧化活性。结论黄芪蛋白是一种良好的综合抗氧化剂，为开发黄芪蛋白的新活性成分提供实验依据。
목적：측정황기단백대1，1-이분기-2-분정자유기、간자유기、초양음리자자유기등적청제능력。방법용가견분광광도법측정。결과당황기단백질량농도체도5 mg/ ml 시，기청제 DPPH 능력，청제간자유기능력이급청제초양음리자자유기능력여유생소 C 상근，구일정적항양화활성。결론황기단백시일충량호적종합항양화제，위개발황기단백적신활성성분제공실험의거。
Objective To determine the removal ability of astragalus membranaceus protein to 1,1- diphenyl - 2 - phenylhydraine free radical,hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion free radical,etc. Methods The spectrophotometry was used for the determination. Results When the concentration of astragalus mem-branaceus protein was up to 5 mg/ mI,its removal capacity of DPPH,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical was similar to that of vitamin C,presenting a certain of anti - oxidative activity. Conclusion The astragalus membranaceus protein is the Kind of good comprehensive antioxidant,which provides the experi-mental evidence for the development of the new active components in astragalus membranaceus protein.
