本文设计了一种基于ARM Cortex-M4(STM32F401RC)的采煤机制动器智能监测系统,该系统能够解决采煤机制动器中摩擦片温度和磨损量过高存在的安全隐患问题。该系统选用32位ARM STM32 F401 RC作为核心处理芯片,具有速度快,可靠性高的优点。选用AD623作为热偶放大调理电路, DS18 B20数字温度传感器作为冷端补偿,提高了温度测量的准确度。系统能显示所测的温度和摩损量,并具有超限报警功能,提高了制动器的安全性能。

A monitoring system based on STM32F401RC for shearer disc brake was designed in this paper . This system could solve the potential danger because of the high temperature and heavy wear loss for the friction plate of shearer disk brake .32 ARM STM32 F401 RC was chosen as core CPU , which got fast performance speed and high accuracy .AD623 was chosen as thermocouple amplifier circuit and DS 18 B20 as temperature cold junction compensation circuit , which improved accuracy of temperature measurement .The system could display the temperature and friction , and it set overrun alarm to ensure safety performance of disk brake .
