旋压技术广泛应用在旋转对称类零件的加工成形中,但其在小直径实心轴类件上的应用尚未起步。本文研究对象为直径10.5 mm,抗拉强度为1450 MPa的高强度钢丝,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对高强度钢丝(下文中以钢丝代称)缩径过程进行计算机数值模拟,获得了成形过程中钢丝模型和接触区横截面的应力与应变的分布规律,以及钢丝表面上一单元的应力和应变分布趋势,分析了缩径成形的变形机理,并对模型结果进行了可靠性验证。可为钢丝的缩径旋压加工提供理论依据和参考。

Spinning technology is widely used in process forming of the rotational symmetric parts , however , it has not yet started in the application of small-diameter solid shaft parts .In this paper , the researchful object is high-strength steel wire.The tensile strength is 1 450 MPa and its diameter is 11mm.In this article, this paper uses steel wire in substitution for the high-strength steel wire .The necking process of high -strength steel wire is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software .The distribution rule of stress and strain of contact area of the cross section and the steady state of steel wire are obtained , including the distribution trend of stress and strain of one unit on the steel wire surface , explained the deformation mechanism of necking forming .The results provide new method on the process of steel wire .
