本试验旨在研究饲粮添加低聚木糖水平对1~21日龄和22~42日龄爱拔益加( AA)肉仔鸡生长性能、血液生理和血浆生化指标、器官发育和组织病理学变化的影响,从而评价低聚木糖对肉仔鸡饲用的生物安全性。试验采用单因子完全随机设计。选用240只1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为4个组(每个组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,公、母各5只),分别饲喂低聚木糖添加量为0、160、800和1600 mg/kg 的试验饲粮。试验期为42 d。结果表明,饲粮添加1600 mg/kg低聚木糖显著提高21日龄肉仔鸡血浆球蛋白浓度和42日龄肉仔鸡血浆葡萄糖浓度( P<0.05),显著降低21日龄肉仔鸡血浆磷酸肌酸激酶和谷丙转氨酶活性以及42日龄肉仔鸡血浆甘油三酯浓度( P<0.05);800 mg/kg添加组42日龄肉仔鸡肾脏相对重量显著高于对照组和1600 mg/kg添加组( P<0.05)。以上结果表明,肉仔鸡玉米-豆粕型饲粮中低聚木糖的最高添加限量定为160 mg/kg,具有10倍的安全系数,对肉仔鸡饲用是安全的。

본시험지재연구사량첨가저취목당수평대1~21일령화22~42일령애발익가( AA)육자계생장성능、혈액생리화혈장생화지표、기관발육화조직병이학변화적영향,종이평개저취목당대육자계사용적생물안전성。시험채용단인자완전수궤설계。선용240지1일령AA육자계,수궤분위4개조(매개조6개중복,매개중복10지계,공、모각5지),분별사위저취목당첨가량위0、160、800화1600 mg/kg 적시험사량。시험기위42 d。결과표명,사량첨가1600 mg/kg저취목당현저제고21일령육자계혈장구단백농도화42일령육자계혈장포도당농도( P<0.05),현저강저21일령육자계혈장린산기산격매화곡병전안매활성이급42일령육자계혈장감유삼지농도( P<0.05);800 mg/kg첨가조42일령육자계신장상대중량현저고우대조조화1600 mg/kg첨가조( P<0.05)。이상결과표명,육자계옥미-두박형사량중저취목당적최고첨가한량정위160 mg/kg,구유10배적안전계수,대육자계사용시안전적。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary xylooligosaccharides level on growth performance, hematology, plasma biochemical traits, weight or length indices of organs, and his-topathological changes of broilers during periods of days 1 to 21 and 22 to 42 so as to evaluate the biological safety of xylooligosaccharides for broiler chicks. A total of 240 one-day-old commercial Arbor Acres broilers were randomly allocated by bodyweight to one of four groups with six replicates per group and ten broilers ( half male and half female ) per replicate. Birds were fed the diets supplemented with 0, 160, 800 or 1 600 mg/kg xylooligosaccharides for an experimental duration of 42 days. Results showed that birds fed the diet supplemented with 1 600 mg/kg xylooligosaccharides significantly improved the plasma globulin ( GLB) concentration on day 21and plasma glucose ( GLU) concentration on day 42 ( P<0.05) , significantlydecreased creatine phosphokinase ( CPK) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase ( ALT) activities in plasma on day 21 and plasma triglyceride (TG) concentration on day 42 (P<0.05). The relative weight of kidney on day 42 was significantly increased by the addition of 800 mg/kg xylooligosaccharides ( P<0.05) . There were no significant differences in growth performance, blood physiological or other plasma biochemical and organ development pa-rameters among all groups ( P>0.05);and no pathological changes of heart, liver, lung, kidney and pancreas were observed among all added groups. Therefore, the upper limitation of added xylooligosaccharides at 160 mg/kg in the corn-soybean meal diet will be 10 times safe for broilers.
