Aiming at the components breakdown and circuit boards explosions problems caused by incomplete discharge in the production process of controllers, this paper mainly studies the capacitor discharge curve. Combined with the fault phenomenon, the knee point voltage is found, and the circuit is redesigned, in order to isolate the motherboard capacitor and complete the second rapid discharge to eliminate potential quality hazard finally.
