目的：探讨来曲唑联合宫腔内人工授精治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症（EMT）合并不孕症患者疗效。方法选择2012年1月～2014年1月因子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症在我院妇科行腹腔镜手术治疗的Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症患者75例，随机分为两组：A组（来曲唑+人工授精组）、B组（自然周期组），比较两组患者术后1年的妊娠情况。结果 A组患者术后1年临床妊娠率为42.86%，与B组30.00%比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论来曲唑联合宫腔内人工授精是Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者腹腔镜术后治疗的有效方法之一。
목적：탐토래곡서연합궁강내인공수정치료Ⅰ～Ⅱ기자궁내막이위증（EMT）합병불잉증환자료효。방법선택2012년1월～2014년1월인자궁내막이위증합병불잉증재아원부과행복강경수술치료적Ⅰ～Ⅱ기자궁내막이위증환자75례，수궤분위량조：A조（래곡서+인공수정조）、B조（자연주기조），비교량조환자술후1년적임신정황。결과 A조환자술후1년림상임신솔위42.86%，여B조30.00%비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론래곡서연합궁강내인공수정시Ⅰ～Ⅱ기자궁내막이위증합병불잉증환자복강경술후치료적유효방법지일。
Objective To explor the curative effect of letrozole combined intrauterine insemination to treat the starility women with stage endometriosise.Methods 75 cases starility women with stageⅠ~Ⅱendometriosis who have been taken laparoscopic surgery are collected in Gynaecology of the frist hospital of Qin Huang Dao from January 2012 to January 2014,were divided into two groups randomly:group A (letrozole combined intrauterine insemination)、group B(natural cycl).The pregnancy rates of 1 year after surgery between two groups were compared.Results The clinical pregnancy rate of 1 year after surgery of group A was 42.86%,there exist significant differences between group A and group B 30.00%. Conclusion Letrozole combined intrauterine insemination after laparoscopic surgery is one of effective treatment for starility women with stageⅠ~Ⅱendometriosis.
