The test of 20℃ conductor resistance is a very important item in the quality test of electric wire. However, it often fails in spot check. Through the analysis and discussion on the disqualification reason, this paper puts forward several reasonable suggestions, in order to urge relative units to cooperate to promote the benign development in elec-tric wire and cable industry.
