大型风力机主轴承系统动力特性复杂,表现出强烈的非线性、强耦合和时变特征,故障特征信号难以提取。本文运用多重分形理论对风力机主轴承系统故障进行诊断识别的方法进行了研究,该方法具有直观性并且对于早期的设备状态变化具有敏感性。某风场1.5 MW大型风力机主轴实验结果证明该方法快速有效。

It is difficult to extract the characteristics of fault signals of large-scale wind turbine main bearing because it is complex with strong non-linearity, strong coupling and time-varying.Multi-fractal theory is put for-ward to detect and recognize the different faults of the main bearing .And the method is intuitive and sensitive to diverse faults of large-scale wind turbine main bearing .The results of experiments on the main bearings of 1.5 MW wind turbines are reported to demonstrate the method is quick and effective .
