本试验旨在研究高纤维饲粮中添加果胶酶和纤维素酶对鹅养分表观利用率、消化酶活性及排泄物指标的影响。选用1日龄五龙鹅216只,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只鹅。Ⅰ组饲喂高纤维基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在Ⅰ组饲粮基础上添加5000、10000、15000 U/kg的果胶酶,Ⅴ组添加5000 U/kg 果胶酶和40000 U/kg 纤维素酶,Ⅵ组添加10000 U/kg果胶酶和40000 U/kg纤维素酶。试验期112 d。结果表明:1)Ⅴ、Ⅵ组干物质、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维和能量的表观利用率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),钙表观利用率极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组钙表观利用率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。2)4周龄时,Ⅴ、Ⅵ组胰腺淀粉酶活性、十二指肠淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性显著高于Ⅰ组( P<0.05);16周龄时,Ⅴ、Ⅵ组胰腺淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性、十二指肠胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ、Ⅵ组十二指肠淀粉酶活性极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。3)16周龄时,Ⅴ、Ⅵ组盲肠乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),产气荚膜梭菌的数量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)各组排泄物中大肠杆菌数量及总氮、总磷含量无显著差异( P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加果胶酶和纤维素酶可提高五龙鹅养分表观利用率和肠道酶活性,对排泄物指标无影响。
本試驗旨在研究高纖維飼糧中添加果膠酶和纖維素酶對鵝養分錶觀利用率、消化酶活性及排洩物指標的影響。選用1日齡五龍鵝216隻,隨機分為6組,每組3箇重複,每箇重複12隻鵝。Ⅰ組飼餵高纖維基礎飼糧,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組分彆在Ⅰ組飼糧基礎上添加5000、10000、15000 U/kg的果膠酶,Ⅴ組添加5000 U/kg 果膠酶和40000 U/kg 纖維素酶,Ⅵ組添加10000 U/kg果膠酶和40000 U/kg纖維素酶。試驗期112 d。結果錶明:1)Ⅴ、Ⅵ組榦物質、粗蛋白質、粗纖維、痠性洗滌纖維、中性洗滌纖維和能量的錶觀利用率顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.05),鈣錶觀利用率極顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ組鈣錶觀利用率顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.05)。2)4週齡時,Ⅴ、Ⅵ組胰腺澱粉酶活性、十二指腸澱粉酶和脂肪酶活性顯著高于Ⅰ組( P<0.05);16週齡時,Ⅴ、Ⅵ組胰腺澱粉酶和脂肪酶活性、十二指腸胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.05),Ⅴ、Ⅵ組十二指腸澱粉酶活性極顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.01)。3)16週齡時,Ⅴ、Ⅵ組盲腸乳痠桿菌和雙歧桿菌的數量顯著高于Ⅰ組(P<0.05),產氣莢膜梭菌的數量顯著低于Ⅰ組(P<0.05)。4)各組排洩物中大腸桿菌數量及總氮、總燐含量無顯著差異( P>0.05)。由此可見,飼糧添加果膠酶和纖維素酶可提高五龍鵝養分錶觀利用率和腸道酶活性,對排洩物指標無影響。
본시험지재연구고섬유사량중첨가과효매화섬유소매대아양분표관이용솔、소화매활성급배설물지표적영향。선용1일령오룡아216지,수궤분위6조,매조3개중복,매개중복12지아。Ⅰ조사위고섬유기출사량,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조분별재Ⅰ조사량기출상첨가5000、10000、15000 U/kg적과효매,Ⅴ조첨가5000 U/kg 과효매화40000 U/kg 섬유소매,Ⅵ조첨가10000 U/kg과효매화40000 U/kg섬유소매。시험기112 d。결과표명:1)Ⅴ、Ⅵ조간물질、조단백질、조섬유、산성세조섬유、중성세조섬유화능량적표관이용솔현저고우Ⅰ조(P<0.05),개표관이용솔겁현저고우Ⅰ조(P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ조개표관이용솔현저고우Ⅰ조(P<0.05)。2)4주령시,Ⅴ、Ⅵ조이선정분매활성、십이지장정분매화지방매활성현저고우Ⅰ조( P<0.05);16주령시,Ⅴ、Ⅵ조이선정분매화지방매활성、십이지장이단백매화지방매활성현저고우Ⅰ조(P<0.05),Ⅴ、Ⅵ조십이지장정분매활성겁현저고우Ⅰ조(P<0.01)。3)16주령시,Ⅴ、Ⅵ조맹장유산간균화쌍기간균적수량현저고우Ⅰ조(P<0.05),산기협막사균적수량현저저우Ⅰ조(P<0.05)。4)각조배설물중대장간균수량급총담、총린함량무현저차이( P>0.05)。유차가견,사량첨가과효매화섬유소매가제고오룡아양분표관이용솔화장도매활성,대배설물지표무영향。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of high fiber diet supplemented with pectinase and cellulase on nutrient apparent utilization, digestive enzyme activies and excretion indexes of Wulong geese. A total of 216 one-day-old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 geese in each replicate. Geese in the groupⅠwere fed the high fiber basal diet, and the others were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 000 U/kg pectinase ( group Ⅱ) , 10 000 U/kg pectinase ( group Ⅲ) , 15 000 U/kg pectinase ( group Ⅳ) , 5 000 U/kg pectinase and 40 000 U/kg cellulose ( group Ⅴ) , 10 000 U/kg pectinase and 40 000 U/kg cellulose ( groupⅥ) , respectively. The trial lasted for 112 days. The results showed as follows:1) the apparent utilization of dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber and energy of groupsⅤandⅥwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ( P<0.05) , the calcium apparent utilization was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ ( P<0.01); the calcium apparent utilization of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ (P<0.05). 2) At 4 weeks of age, the activity of amylase in pancreatic, amylase and lipase in duodenal of groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ ( P<0.05);at 16 weeks of age, the activity of amylase and lipase in pancreatic, trypsin and lipase in duodenal of groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ( P<0.05) , the activity of amylase in duodenal of groupsⅤandⅥwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ ( P<0.01) . 3) At 16 weeks of age, the number of Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria in cecal of groupsⅤandⅥ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ( P<0.05) , the number of Clostridium perfringens was signif-icantly lower than that of groupⅠ( P<0.05) . 4) There were no significant effects on the number of Escherich-ia coli and the contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in fecal of Wulong geese ( P>0.05) . In conclu-sion, dietary supplemented with pectinase and cellulase can improve the nutrient apparent utilization and intesti-nal enzymes activity of Wulong geese,but has no effect on excretion indexes.
