针对强膨胀性极破碎围岩半煤岩巷出现的大底臌、折帮和顶板下沉等变形破坏和支护困难的问题,运用力学理论分析、数值模拟分析和现场试验研究相结合的方法,研究了巷道变形破坏机理及其控制策略。研究表明:在原以工字钢拱架为主的被动支护条件下,巷道变形破坏受到吸水膨胀、软弱夹层、节理等弱结构面多重影响,巷道变形破坏严重。提出了“全断面锚索+金属网、钢带、梯子粱”联合支护,经过现场实践,掘进巷道在新方案支护183天后,两帮、顶底板收敛变形明显减小,变形处于相对稳定状态,达到了支护效果。
針對彊膨脹性極破碎圍巖半煤巖巷齣現的大底臌、摺幫和頂闆下沉等變形破壞和支護睏難的問題,運用力學理論分析、數值模擬分析和現場試驗研究相結閤的方法,研究瞭巷道變形破壞機理及其控製策略。研究錶明:在原以工字鋼拱架為主的被動支護條件下,巷道變形破壞受到吸水膨脹、軟弱夾層、節理等弱結構麵多重影響,巷道變形破壞嚴重。提齣瞭“全斷麵錨索+金屬網、鋼帶、梯子粱”聯閤支護,經過現場實踐,掘進巷道在新方案支護183天後,兩幫、頂底闆收斂變形明顯減小,變形處于相對穩定狀態,達到瞭支護效果。

Aiming at the problems of deformation and failure such as large floor heave , rib spall and roof fall exist-ing in half coal rock roadway under extremely fractured surrounding rock with strong dilatability and difficult sup -port , the deformation mechanism and control strategy of roadway were researched by the combination of mechanical theory analysis , numerical simulation and field test .The results showed that under the original passive support form of arch beam , the deformation and failure of roadway were influenced by multiple effects of water absorption expan-sion, weak interlayer, joints and so on, and the deformation and failure of roadway were serious .The combined support scheme of "full section cable+metal net, steel strip and ladder beam"was put forward .Through the field test by the new scheme , the convergence and deformation in two sides , roof and floor of excavation roadway reduced significantly 183 days later , the deformation was in a relatively stable state , and the support effect was achieved .
