矫直作为控制板形的重要工艺手段,以确保其矫后的板材获得良好的板形和低的残余应力,其工艺水平直接决定产品的质量。设备中支承辊作为主要的受力部件,其可靠性直接影响设备的安全使用。通过试验研究,对支承辊轴承的实际受载和模拟计算值进行对照分析,实现支承辊受力情况的在线监测。研究发现,整组支承辊的受力情况呈现中间高,两边低的趋势;个别支承辊因为受到来料板形和安装精度的影响,存在载荷冲击和信号异常的现象,需特别注意;目前的支承辊轴承座存在损坏和扭曲的危险,其材料选择和布局有待改进。研究的结果为板材矫直机的合理使用和挖潜、改造提供了依据。

Leveling process is an important way of control plate shaped , it directly determine the quality of the product.After the correction, it could gain good flatness and low residual stress .Backup rollers, as the main force components , its reliability badly affects safety usage of the equipment .Experimental research on the actual and simulated values under backup support roller bearings were compared , to achieve online monitoring the forces of supporting rollers .The study found that the forces of the entire set of supporting rollers rendered high in the middle, while low tendency on both sides .Due to incoming shape and mounting accuracy , there is a load impact and signal unusual phenomenon on few individual support rolls .At present , there are risks of damage and distortion in the backup roll which material selection and layout could be improved .This paper provides a basis for rational use and potential transformation .
