本文以11辊矫直机为例分析了矫直过程中中性层偏移的变化规律,推导了中性层偏移量的计算公式,并利用有限元模拟了整个矫直过程。通过对某个矫直单元的弹塑性变形量的分析对比,拟合出中性层偏移量曲线。通过本文的研究可以为提高辊式矫直机矫直精度提供一定的理论参考,绘制的中性层偏移曲线可用于矫直力模型的建立。

In this paper , the law of the neutral layer offset is analyzed in straightening process of 11-roller straightening machine .The formula of the neutral layer offset is obtained and the straightening process is simu-lated by the finite element method .Through comparing the deformation of straightening elements , the curve of the neutral layer offset is fitting .It demonstrated that the neutral layer offset is one of the influencing factors in straightening process .The results can provide theoretical references for improving the straightening precision . The curve of the neutral layer offset can be used for establishing the straightening force model .
