轴承是风电设备的核心部件,具有高可靠性长寿命要求,轴承环是风电轴承的重要部分。本文针对实际生产中风电轴承环出现的椭圆、壁厚不均、锥度、直径不扩大等缺陷,结合其当前的加工方法环件轧制,提出轧制与胀形复合技术相结合的成形新方法。并详细分析了大型环件成形工艺、胀形成形工艺和风电轴承环胀形成形可行性。

Bearing as the core components of wind power equipment , has the special requirement of high relia-bility and long life .Meanwhile , bearing ring is the main part of wind power bearing .Arming at the usual de-fects in actual production process , such as ovality , nonuniform wall thickness , taper and no expansible diame-ter, comparing with its current manufacturing method , which is called ring rolling .A new method called rolling and bulging matching techniques is proposed .This paper gives a careful introduction of scale ring forming process, bulging process and the feasibility for wind power bearing ring bulging forming .
