针对医用高值耗材临床应用中普遍存在的问题，提出相应对策：即通过加强监管职能、完善信息化建设、加强产品知识培训和加大监管处罚力度等措施推进对高值耗材的优质与高效管理。

Aiming at the problems commonly existing in the clinical application of high-value medical consumables, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the high-quality and efifcient management over high-value consumables by reinforcing management function, improving informatization, enhancing the training of product knowledge, and intensifying regulation and punishment.
