目的：系统评价桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔炎的有效性和安全性。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普数据库和万方数字化期刊群数据库，搜集桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔炎的随机对照试验，纳入桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔炎的随机对照试验并提取资料和质量评价，质量评价参照 Cochrane Reviewer＇s HandbooK 5.0提供的标准，数据分析运用 RevMan5.3软件。结果共纳入13项合格研究，纳入研究方法学质量普遍较低。进行 Meta 分析显示桂枝茯苓胶囊配合西药治疗盆腔炎有一定的疗效优势且优于对照组；敏感性分析提示结果稳定；倒漏斗图分析显示不对称；少数的桂枝茯胶囊配合西药的不良反应报道。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊配合西药治疗盆腔炎可提高临床疗效，但由于纳入研究的质量较低，上述结论尚需更多高质量的随机对照试验加以验证。

Objective To evaluate systematically the effectiveness and safety of guizhi fuling cap-sules in the treatment of pelvic inflammation. Methods The CBMdisc,CNKI,CQVIP and Wanfang data were retrieved and the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of guizhi fuling capsules in the treatment of pelvic inflammation were collected. The relevant RCTs,the data and quality evaluation were extracted. Cochrane Re-viewer's HandbooK 5. 0 was used for the quality evaluation and RevMan 5. 3 software was for the data analy-sis. Results Totally,13 qualified researches were included. The quality of methodology involved was gener-ally low. Meta analysis showed that the combined medication of guizhi fuling capsules and western medicine had some advantages in the efficacy,superior to the control group. The sensitivity analysis indicated the sta-bility of result. The inverted funnel chart analysis showed the asymmetry. There were few reports of the ad-verse reactions of the combined medication. Conclusion The combined medication of guizhi fuling capsules improves the clinical efficacy on pelvic inflammation. But,due to the low quality of the included research,it is to require the RCTs of much high quality for the validation.
