目的：探讨寻常痤疮的中医证型分布特点及处方用药规律。方法按照二次文献研究方法，检索近20年治疗痤疮的相关文献，通过纳入排除标准，选择到目标文献30篇，再用描述性统计学方法进行分析整理。结果出现频率最高的证型依次为脾胃湿热、肺经风热、痰湿瘀滞、痰瘀互结、肺胃积热等；最常使用的方剂为枇杷清肺饮、茵陈蒿汤、桃红四物汤、五味消毒饮、海藻玉壶汤合参苓白术散等；使用频次在30次以上的药物依次为黄芩、甘草、赤芍、丹皮、栀子、生地、桑白皮、当归。结论寻常痤疮的证型以实证为主且复合证型居多；处方用药常选用清热解毒、凉血除湿类方药。
목적：탐토심상좌창적중의증형분포특점급처방용약규률。방법안조이차문헌연구방법，검색근20년치료좌창적상관문헌，통과납입배제표준，선택도목표문헌30편，재용묘술성통계학방법진행분석정리。결과출현빈솔최고적증형의차위비위습열、폐경풍열、담습어체、담어호결、폐위적열등；최상사용적방제위비파청폐음、인진호탕、도홍사물탕、오미소독음、해조옥호탕합삼령백술산등；사용빈차재30차이상적약물의차위황금、감초、적작、단피、치자、생지、상백피、당귀。결론심상좌창적증형이실증위주차복합증형거다；처방용약상선용청열해독、량혈제습류방약。
Objective To explore the characteristics of TCM pattern distribution and rule of herbal prescription in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods The secondary literature research method was used. The relevant literatures were retrieved on the treatment of acne in recent 20 years. Based on the inclusive and ex-clusive criteria,30 target literatures were enrolled. The descriptive statistical method was adopted for analysis and collection. Results The pattern sequence,from high frequency to low one,is spleen and stomach damp heat,wind heat in lung meridian,stagnation of phlegm,damp and stasis,interaction of phlegm and stasis,heat accumulation in lung and stomach,etc. The most common formulas are pipa qingfei yin,yinchenhao tang,tao-hong siwu tang,wuwei xiaodu yin,haizao yuhu tang,senling baizhu san,etc. The herbs with the use frequency up to 30 times are radix scutellariae,radix glycyrrhizae,radix paeoniae rubra,cortex moutan,gardenia,radix rehmanniae,cortex mori and angelica sinensis. Conclusion Most cases of acne vulgaris are excess syndrome and mixed syndrome. The common prescriptions are mainly for clearing heat,detoxification,cooling blood and removing dampness.
