目的:探讨门急诊新型弹力加压敷料在出血性损伤救治中的应用效果。方法在20名实习医师的创伤包扎培训中,分别记录他们掌握弹力加压敷料和传统的纱布、绷带的包扎方法所需的时间;将2012年1月-2015年1月来医院急诊科就诊的158例小腿中段开放性骨折伤员,间隔性地依次分为观察组和对照组。观察组用弹力加压敷料包扎伤口,对照组用传统的纱布、绷带包扎伤口,并记录两组的包扎速度、止血效果。结果用弹力加压敷料包扎创面平均每人所需时间为(0.54±0.18)min,用传统敷料包扎创面平均每人所需时间为(1.84±0.38)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),止血效果两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型弹力加压敷料在门急诊中使用可提高出血性损伤救治的效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of a novel elastic pressure dressing in bandaging the hemorrhagic wound in out-patient and emergency department.Methods In the training of traumatic bandaging, the time for 20 intern doctors to master the bandaging technique with the elastic pressure dressing or the traditional absorbent gauze and bandage was recorded, respectively.From January 2012 to January 2015, there were 158 cases of open fracture in the middle of cnemises in the emergency department of our hos-pital, and the wounded were divided into observation group or control group in turns.The wounded in the observation group were band-aged by elastic pressure dressing, and the others in the control group were bandaged by the traditional absorbent gauze and bandage. The speed of bandaging and efficacy of hemostasis were recorded.Then the data from the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results The mean time for the doctors to bandage the wound with the elastic pressures dressing was (0.54 ±0.18) min, and that with the traditionary absorbent gauze and bandage was (1.84 ±0.38) min.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there was no obvious difference in efficacy of hemostasis between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The novel elas-tic pressure dressing is easy to learn, master and manipulate.In the emergency department, it can promote the efficacy of bandaging the hemorrhagic wound remarkably.
