目的：了解2012—2014年攀枝花市中心医院（以下简称“我院”）抗菌药物使用情况，促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法：对2012—2014年我院抗菌药物使用率、使用强度、销售金额、用药频度、限定日剂量、限定日费用、药物利用指数进行比较和分析。结果：抗菌药物专项整治活动后，我院使用抗菌药物的各项指标均明显下降，抗菌药物分级管理效果显著，但销售金额排序居前10位的抗菌药物各项指标还需改进。结论：我院抗菌药物的使用总体趋于合理，但存在用药起点高、价格偏贵等不合理现象，应加强医院抗菌药物合理应用管理。
목적：료해2012—2014년반지화시중심의원（이하간칭“아원”）항균약물사용정황，촉진항균약물적합리응용。방법：대2012—2014년아원항균약물사용솔、사용강도、소수금액、용약빈도、한정일제량、한정일비용、약물이용지수진행비교화분석。결과：항균약물전항정치활동후，아원사용항균약물적각항지표균명현하강，항균약물분급관리효과현저，단소수금액배서거전10위적항균약물각항지표환수개진。결론：아원항균약물적사용총체추우합리，단존재용약기점고、개격편귀등불합리현상，응가강의원항균약물합리응용관리。
OBJECTIVE:ABSRTACT To investigate the antibiotic use in Panzhihua Central Hospital during 2012-2014 period ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) so as to promote the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:The antibiotic use in Panzhihua Central Hospital during 2012-2014 period was analyed with regard to the rate of antibiotic use, antibiotic use density, consumption sum, DDDs, defined daily dose, defined daily costs and drug utilization index (DUI).RESULTS:After the special rectification activities on antibiotic use, all the antibiotic use indicators decreased significantly, with the graded management on antibiotic use achieving remarkable efficacy.However, the indictors of the top 10 antibiotics ranked by consumption sum remained to be improved.CONCLUSIONS: The antibiotic use in our hospital was rational on the whole yet it is far from perfect in view of its higher starting point and high drug cost, thus it is important to strengthen hospital management on rational use of antibiotics.
