目前我国高校新闻专业传统人才培养模式存在的问题，可以通过构建“工作室”来培养跨媒体、技能型、复合型和应用性新闻人才的创新型实践教学模式来一一化解，基于工作室制的实践教学模式的成功应用为高职教育的改革形成示范。秉承创新精神和实践能力培养的理念，从创新型实践教学过程形成、体系创立、平台建设等方面探讨实践教学的实效性，从专业实践教学、教学改革、学生成长成才和专业教学为地方经济社会服务四个方面详细论述该实践教学体系的教学模式及实现方案。

At present, traditional talents training mode in journalism specialty has some problems in China, which can be solved by building an innovative studio teaching mode to cultivate cross-media, skilled, interdisciplinary and applied journalism talents. Adhering to the philosophy of innovative spirit and practical ability training,this paper also discusses the effectiveness of journalism practical teaching from the aspects of innovative practical teaching formation, system creation and platform construction. Furthermore, the teaching mode and implementation method are also introduced and explored in terms of practical teaching, teaching reform, college students’ growth and success and its service to local economy.
