目的:了解广东省妇幼保健院(以下简称“我院”)儿科门诊手足口病患者的用药特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集我院儿科2011年7月—2014年6月第一诊断为手足口病的处方共10935张,分析其用药情况,采用用药频度( DDDs)排序进行统计分析。结果:DDDs排序居前5位的药品分别为蒲地蓝消炎口服液、维生素C注射液、康复新液、抗病毒口服液、利巴韦林注射液;抗菌药使用率为48.08%(5257/10935),主要为青霉素类和第2、3代头孢菌素。结论:我院儿科门诊治疗手足口病患者主要选用利巴韦林和中成药抗病毒治疗、青霉素类和头孢菌素类抗菌药物抗感染治疗,并且联合应用促进口腔及皮肤创面愈合的药物以及免疫增强剂,治疗方案及药物选择合理,抗菌药物使用率相对较高。

목적:료해광동성부유보건원(이하간칭“아원”)인과문진수족구병환자적용약특점,촉진림상합리용약。방법:수집아원인과2011년7월—2014년6월제일진단위수족구병적처방공10935장,분석기용약정황,채용용약빈도( DDDs)배서진행통계분석。결과:DDDs배서거전5위적약품분별위포지람소염구복액、유생소C주사액、강복신액、항병독구복액、리파위림주사액;항균약사용솔위48.08%(5257/10935),주요위청매소류화제2、3대두포균소。결론:아원인과문진치료수족구병환자주요선용리파위림화중성약항병독치료、청매소류화두포균소류항균약물항감염치료,병차연합응용촉진구강급피부창면유합적약물이급면역증강제,치료방안급약물선택합리,항균약물사용솔상대교고。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the drug use characteristics in pediatric outpatients with hand-foot-mouth disease in Guangdong Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) so as to promote rational use of drugs.METHODS: 10 935 pediatric prescriptions of the outpatients diagnosed as having hand-foot-mouth disease were analyzed regarding the drug use by means of DDDs ranking.RESULTS: The top five drugs ranked by DDDs were Pudilan Antiinflammatory Oral Liquid, Vitamin C Injections, Kangfuxin Liquid and Ribavirin Injection;the rate of antibiotic use was 48.08%(5 257/10 935), leading the list were penicillins and the second-and third-generation cephalosporins.CONCLUSIONS:The hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital was treated mainly with antiviral drugs such as ribavirin and Chinese patent drugs and antiinfective drugs such as penicillins and cephalosporins in combination with drugs for promoting oral or skin wound healing and immunoenhancers.The treatment plan and drug choice were rational yet the rate of antibiotic use was on the higher side.
